And on Arch Linux Forum someone says I need a specific version of the app to disable the discrete GPU, gfxcardstatus 2.2.1.

Ctrl-Click as Right-Click

Using this SuperUser receipt [3] I got Ctrl-click working as right-click. I had to increase the sleep time to 0.1 though.
